This wonderful Villa consists of: an elegant dining room and living room decorated in French style. The boys room comes with a television and XBOX. The girls room is decorated in a princess style, offers a TV and VCR. Another room has a large Queen size bed, its own bath and connects to the swimming pool. The master bedroom comes with it's own bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area, and is decorated in french style. French doors lead to the swimming pool .On the second floor there's a large master bedroom, decorated in Tropical style with furniture made of bambu and it's own bathroom and leather sofa bed. All of the rooms come equipped with ceiling fans and television sets, the family room is decorated in jungle style with a leather sofa bed and GIANT SCREEN TV . The family room leads to the swimming pool. The kitchen is decorated with mahogany cabinets , GE appliances in black, the tops of the cabinets are GRANITE and has an area to have breakfast. The backyard has a sunbathing deck, swimming pool and a Jacusi with fiber-optic lighting that are protected from insects. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of 45 days before the rental date will result in loss of the deposit.

The accommodation rates are PER WEEK (not per person), and include electricity, air conditioning, heating (when applicable), local telephone calls, cable TV, or satellite, bed linens, towels, the use of all the amenities and facilities. FLORIDA SALES AND TOURIST TAX MUST BE PAID IN ADDITION TO THE RATES QUOTED.
